Miley Cyrus almost nude, AGAIN, in her Nipple dress

Well its no news that Miley Cyrus is always outrageous in her choice of clothing or whatever i'll call it. She's sure not stopping after her engagement to Liam was called off publicly and he almost immediately Started locking lips with another lady.

She's here again and really doesn't care what y'all think about her. Miley stepped out in some pretty revealing and outrageous outfit or should i use the word bizzare. She certainly left nothing to imagination.(oh well, she never leaves anything to imagination)

She performed at the iHeart Radio Music Festival which took place in Vegas during the weekend where she twerked with a group of little people backup dancers, frolicked around, and even started to tear up while performing her breakup anthem, “Wrecking Ball.”

She changed into a different outfit after her first performance- totally white see-through fishnet with black nipple coverings with furry arms

 

In her 2nd performance for the festival, she held a banana prop as a microphone holder
