Lindsay Lohan's Mother arrested for drunk driving and blood alcohol level more than double the legal limit

50 year old mother of actress Lindsay Lohan, Dina Lohan has been arrested for drunk driving. She was pulled over for driving 77mph in a 55 zone on Thursday evening at around 11pm, according to reports. New York state police believed she was intoxicated and tested her blood alcohol level.

Dina  was taken to a police station nearby and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count of speeding. While there, Dina posed for a mugshot in which she is seen looking bleary-eyed while smiling slightly at the camera. She was eventually released to a third party and is due to return to court later this month.

Lindsay on the other hand is trying to turn her life around after recently completing 90 days of court ordered rehab which stemmed from charges of lying to police after a June 2012 car crash.

Lindsay is currently living in New York with her sister Ali, 19, and according to reports has hired a $2,500 a day 'sober companion'.
